What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee of full treatment cost. .
Is a deposit required for bookings?
Yes, a £50 non refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your final treatment cost on the day.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Rescheduling is easy via your confirmation email or by contacting us. We allow one reschedule per booking if requested more than 48 hours in advance.
Do I need a consultation?

What if I am running late?
Please call us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, however, your treatment time may be shortened to maintain our schedule.
